We live on a small farm in Tangowahine Valley, Dargaville, with sheep, beef, goats, free range chickens, cats and dogs.
We first learned about goat milk soap while on honeymoon in the South Island, New Zealand. We bought some at a market in Christchurch, after being told it would be good for Aaron's psoriasis. Once back at home and having used the soap a few weeks, we were hooked, and started making it for our own home use. We then kept meeting people who were interested in natural soaps, and wanted to know more about what we were doing. After giving birth to Isaac, we learned about the importance of natural soaps for babies, and so we started making more soap to give away to friends and family.
Later, after realising the benefits of goat milk remaining on and absorbing into the skin, and the need for 'natural as possible' moisturisers, bath milks and hair products,, we formulated and developed our skin care range. We now sell online, and at markets around the North Island.
